تیم فوتبال النصر عربستان در هفته سوم دیدارهای لیگ نخبگان آسیا اول آبان میهمان استقلال ایران است اما با امتناع از سفر به ایران خواهان انتقال بازی به یک زمین بی‌طرف شد.
عبدالعزیز العصیمی خبرنگار عربستانی خبر داد که النصر با ارسال درخواستی به کنفدراسیون فوتبال آسیا خواهان برگزاری بازی با استقلال در زمین بی‌طرف شده است.
النصر با برگزاری بازی برابر استقلال در تهران در شرایط کنونی مخالف است و به همین دلیل درخواست انتقال بازی به کشور دیگری به کنفدراسیون فوتبال آسیا ارسال کرده است.
النصر که کریستیانو رونالدوی پرتغالی را در اختیار دارد در دومین دیدارش در لیگ نخبگان آسیا 2 بر یک الریان قطر را شکست داد.
طبق برنامه قرار است دیدار استقلال و النصر روز اول آبان برگزار شود.
